Husband operates chic product design, wife cuisine

Founded by Yuto Yamazaki, Alloy is a designer boutique that creates products and interiors by combining engineering—material knowledge and processing technology—and design.

Alloy sells metal furniture parts, coffee accessories, flower vases, and other products, such as mini cutlery made of leather and metal as well as glassware that fits into your hand. The cutlery, cash trays, and receipt holders used in Nohga Hotel in Ueno were designed and manufactured by Alloy. A select line of these products is also sold at the store. Through these products, Alloy makes everyday life comfortable with originality and a high quality that is not ostentatious.

In October 2019, Alloy changed addresses and opened a shop on the first floor, with the Anno restaurant on the second floor. Yamazaki designed its architecture and interior, as well as the cutlery used in the restaurant. His wife, Maako Anno, entertains guests with her handmade, heartwarming food. At dinnertime, their creativity will inspire you.
